Passive-Aggressive is another extremely challenging class of people that Enneagram nicely explains. It is almost an established fact that most of the people that we confront in our daily life are not friends. This is all the more pertinent when a sales person deals with customers. Majority of them have a negative mindset which is also to some extent confrontational and this makes the task of the sales person doubly difficult. Indeed, these people are mostly intimidated into accepting a sales person. There is a sense of threat that works in the back of the mind of these people and they are quite legitimately afraid of the sales person. Though these people start the interaction in a submissive way, soon they come around and try to get the better of the sales man back down to their terms.
